POLICY

All shipments of my high quality products will be shipped in their original perfect condition with no scratches and unbroken pieces. Glass and porcelain will be shipped by layers of bubble wrap packed tightly in order to prevent any breakage. If you receive the product in a damaged or broken condition, please contact me immediately and I will try my best to find a solution and change the broken product. Your satisfaction is my goal.
The prices quoted are normal shipment prices from Czech Republic. Normal shipment can take 1-2 weeks (or one week in Europe) depending on the buyer's location. If you would like to expedite the shipping process, please don't hesitate to contact me for a quote and an estimated delivery time.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any custom taxes or clearance in the country that he/she resides in.
If you would like to buy more than one product as the shipment price will be lesser.
